Terms and Conditions.

For parents and students joining Inside Out Dance Company please read below:

Please find the below the terms and conditions for Inside Out Dance Company. By enrolling your child your child and paying termly fees you are hereby agreeing or terms and conditions.

1.      Payment


a)     Payments are to be made at the beginning of each term before the start date.

b)     Payments can be made via class for kids, back transfer, payment links or cash.

c)      Any overdue payments must be settled before or on the last day of term

d)     Payments that are not settled by this date will be charged an additional 5% surcharge.

e) Once payment for the term has been made Inside Out Dance Company does not offer refunds or credited classes for missed classes during the term. In exceptional circumstances when more than 50% of the term's classes have been missed the principal has the right to offer a credited class.

f) Holiday Camps cancellations, a full refund can only be offered with a weeks notice of cancellation. This is due to supplies being purchased per child on sign up to camp. However in some circumstances credited classes can be given.

2.      Uniform.


a)     Saturday School must wear there Inside Out Dance Company T-shirt with a choice of leggings, joggers or shorts on the bottom half. For Afterschool clubs uniform is not required but is optional to those who wish to wear it.

b)     For all classes long hair must be tied back for health and safety reasons.

c)      Suitable foot wear should be worn at all time either indoor pumps or trainers, ballet shoes or jazz shoes.


3.      Termination of classes

a)     If a pupil wishes to give up classes at Inside Out Dance Company. Written notice must be given Two weeks prior to the term in which notice is being given for.

b)     If a pupil is to leave Inside Out Dance Company with fees still outstanding. Inside Out Dance Company reserve the right to peruse recovery of this debt by all legal means including court action.


4.      Cancellation of classes


a)     On occasions there may be a need to postpone a start date or change venue for a class. When this occurs parents will be notified via email, phone, text message/Whatsapp.

b)     Inside Out Dance Company reserve the right to cancel classes any time up to 12 hours before the class and endeavour to notify students and guardians with as much notice as possible. Via email, phone, text message/ watts app.


5.      Safeguarding and staff


a.      All teachers who are hired or working with Inside Out Dance Company are DBS checked.

b)     Safeguarding of children is of upmost importance. Staff are required to read and understand the safe guarding polices in place for Inside Out Dance Company. No child may leave the premises unless there designated parent is there to collect them. Unless alternative arrangements have been agreed ahead of time with the teacher in charge.

c)      If a parent ever has a concern regarding safeguarding please inform the principal immediately.


6.      Inside Out Dance Company’s Liabilities


a)     ISODC do not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising from errors or omissions on the registration form whether completed by you or the person in charge of your child at the time of enrolment.

b)     ISODC do not accept liability for personal injury to any child attending class, with exception of such injury being caused by negligence errors default of any member of our staff or any other default on our part.

c)      ISODC do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.

d)     ISODC is only responsible for pupils while they are in their class. Children cannot be supervised by the teacher in charge outside class. Young children must be collected promptly at the end of their class.

e)     ISODC holds Public Liability Insurance.


7.      Responsibilities of Parent or Guardian.

a)     These terms and condition constitute an agreement between you and us in connection to classes or any services superseding any prior agreement.

b)     Attendance at class is deemed to be acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

c)      It is the responsibility of the Parent or Guardian to notify ISODC of any illness or injury that may affect the child’s participation at class.

d)     It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure we have all the correct details for you and you child and to keep us up to date of any changes in health.

e)     In the event that we consider you to be in breach of these Terms and Condition or that your child is disruptive to any other pupils, staff, teachers or venue staff we reserve the right to exclude your child from any activity in school.

f)      At all venues staff, pupils and parents must respect the buildings rules, neighbours and venue staff and arrive and leave responsibly.

g)     Photos and video footage of pupils taken in class may be used on our website, Instagram, Face book and other promotional materials. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used for these purposes you must inform us in writing.



8. Covid- 19


a)     ISODC follows, keeps updated and applies any rules and regulations set out in regards to Covid-19 for children dance classes, and afterschool activities.

b)     If your child has any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not attend class until a negative test result has been confirmed.

c)      Any class cancellations due to covid-19 restrictions cannot be refunded. However will be replaced with online ZOOM lessons and online resources for children to work from.
