Mini Mindful Movers

  • 45 or 60 minute class

15 minutes mindful craft

Small craft that will be focused, calming and fun! (something they can take home each week) example: dream catcher, paper wind chime...

20 or 30 minutes of dance

This section is part of our specialist syllabus to improve children's wellbeing, through improvisation and dance games I have developed. Created so children can explore feelings and emotions and express them through movement. It is a brilliant way for children to understand and work through emotions in a fun way!

10 or 15 minutes of yoga cool down and a thought for the day.

An adventure each week that takes us through simple yoga movements! "Will we be in space or on the beach this week, who knows? "Finish class with thought of the day eg: "can you think of something kind to do for your friend or teacher today"
