About Inside Out Dance Company!

We are Inside Out, a dance school with a difference making spreading the joy of dance and making it accessible to all! We started back in 2020 with schools bassed im Chelsea. Slowly classes spread across South west London you can find our classes in after-school clubs, holiday camps, primary school/nursery workshops, community centres and clubs, in a wide range of dance styles.

We are now moving to the North West of England to begin a new adventure full of dancing and performing! As well as launching a sister company, Tavies Tots for preschool, Baby and Toddler session!

Finally, Inside Out On Stage is our professional touring theatre company writing, directing, and producing Children’s theatre touring pimarry schools, nurseries, and community theatre, and more across North West England and London! We were delighted to be commissioned by the Chelsea Theatre to produce their 2022 and 2023 Pantomime.

Our Aims

Through our mindful approach to dance, we aim to allow boys and girls to build confidence, fitness, strength, creativity, and talent in a caring and uplifting environment. Whilst learning new skills to support their own mental and physical wellbeing, that they can take with them throughout life.
